Apostles' Creed I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Lutherans believe that… We are all people who have sinned and fallen short of God's glory. Jesus Christ, God's Son, has died for our sins and brought us forgiveness. The true treasure of the Church is the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Scriptures are the Word of God and the only sure rule for faith and life. Baptism and the Lord's Supper are God's means of grace and power in our lives. The Holy Spirit calls us by the Gospel in to a relationship of faith and trust in God. We worship the Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, three distinct Persons in one divine Being. Through worship God blesses His people with forgiveness, strengthening of faith, and peace. We worship God to give Him honor, glory, and thanks. We value an orderly public worship shaped by the Church Year.
